If you want to issue a refund, please follow these steps:

 

I have purchased my subscription in Apple AppStore:  Refund Apple AppStore

I have purchased my subscription on Google Play Store: Refund Google Play Store

I have purchased my subscription directly on the website: please send us an email to pay@fastic.com and include your:

  • User ID

  • Registered email address

  • Receipt 

Just a heads up - you'll still have access to your Profile! So if you decide you'd like to continue with Fastic Plus, we’ll happily welcome you back and you can resume your membership at any time.
