You can always adjust your preference along the way. If you’re within a current fasting cycle, tap on 'View recipes', next to 'Fasting fluids'. Then click on 'Edit plan' in the upper right corner. 

If you’re not in an active fasting cycle, click on ‘More', next to 'Today's Fast-breaker'. Then click on 'Edit plan' in the upper corner and update your dietary preferences as you wish!
