Please double-check that you always have the latest update installed on your device. You can find this in your Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS.

If you still notice an app error, please send us a detailed message at support@fastic.com and let us know what’s going on with the attached screenshots of the issue and your User ID.  If you scroll down to the bottom, you can find your User ID in the Settings menu (small gear wheel in the upper-right corner of your Profile tab).
