Let us know what you’ve lost and how many and we'll take care of it as soon as possible; you can send it to: support@fastic.com.
Please remember to tell us your User ID and the number of Flames, Stars, or Frosties that were lost.
You can find your User ID by going to the "Profile" tab (the tab with your name) and clicking on Settings (the small gear wheel in the upper right corner). If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you’ll find your User ID and the email address you've registered with. Simply copy and paste this number so we can easily identify you.
