We encourage you to find the fasting interval that works best for you and know this can change along your journey. 

You can change your fasting interval in the “Goal” tab. In the upper-right corner, click on 'Fasting plan'.

A new tab will open; here you can edit your fasting interval, start and end times, and target days and manage your reminders. 

If you see a section greyed out, that’s because some of those helpful features are perks for Fastic Plus members.
