Getting those daily steps in is good for your health and deserves recognition, so let’s ensure they count!

First off, make sure your Fastic account is connected to your Apple Health app or Google Fit. If your steps still aren't synchronized correctly, try this:

Are both apps registered with the same email address?

If you used a different email address when registering for Fastic and your Apple Health or Google Fit, your information wouldn’t be synchronized.

To correct it, please tap on the following link and add the email address you used when you registered with Fastic:

iOS:  Add an email account to your iPhone

Android: Change the email address for your account

Then disconnect your connection between Fastic and Apple Health app or Google Fit, and reconnect again.

Have you set your general privacy settings to allow Fastic to access your Apple Health app or Google Fit?

If your device privacy settings are set "too strict", we may not be allowed to access your steps. Click on the link below in order to adjust your privacy controls:

iOS: Control access to information in apps on iPhone

Android: Change app permissions on your Android phone

Then disconnect your connection between Fastic and Apple Health app or Google Fit, and reconnect again.

If these did not resolve the issue and your steps are still not syncing with Fastic, please email us at support@fastic.com. Please include the following information so we can better understand the issue and help you take a step in the right direction:

  • Screenshots of the steps from Apple Health app or Google Fit and Fastic.

  • Your User ID (located at the bottom of your profile settings).

  • Do you use a fitness tracker or smartwatch to count your steps? If yes, which one?
