Tracking your fasts is a great way to stay motivated and to celebrate successes along the way. So let’s make sure they count!


To add a fast to your fasting history:

  • Open the Fastic app

  • Click on the ‘Fast’ icon

  • Scroll down to ‘This week's progress’

  • Click on ‘Add Fast +’

  • Choose the date and time for when you ‘Started’ and ‘Ended’ your fast

  • Hit save and ‘Add Entry’ at the bottom of the screen

→ Make sure you choose an interval time that does not overlap with another completed fast. The times when other fasts are registered are grayed out.
