Tracking your fasts is a great way to stay motivated and to celebrate successes along the way. So let’s make sure they are correct so they count!

 

To edit your fasting history, simply:

  • Open Fastic

  • Click on the ‘Fast’ icon

  • Scroll down to ‘This week's progress’

  • Click on ‘History’

  • Choose the day you want to edit

  • Select the date and enter your ‘start time’ and ‘end time’

    • If you want to delete your entry, tap on the trash bin in the upper right corner

  • Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen

 

→ Make sure you choose an interval time that does not overlap with another completed fast. The times when other fasts are registered are grayed out.
