Tracking your fasts is a great way to stay motivated and to celebrate successes along the way. So let’s make sure they are correct so they count!
To edit your fasting history, simply:
Open Fastic
Click on the ‘Fast’ icon
Scroll down to ‘This week's progress’
Click on ‘History’
Choose the day you want to edit
Select the date and enter your ‘start time’ and ‘end time’
If you want to delete your entry, tap on the trash bin in the upper right corner
Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen
→ Make sure you choose an interval time that does not overlap with another completed fast. The times when other fasts are registered are grayed out.
