Weight fluctuations are normal and happen for a number of reasons, such as when you used the toilet, water retention, or depending on what you ate or drank previously.

Tracking your progress via the scale can be useful, but remember that it’s only one piece of the health and progress puzzle. Weight gain can happen in the first few weeks. Don't panic – it’s often water retention that is released over time or simply your body adjusting to a new rhythm. Just keep it up and feel good results will come!
