Ask yourself: Are you really hungry or do you just feel like having something specific?

With intermittent fasting, you'll start to reconnect with your body, which eventually helps you to learn to distinguish between real hunger and emotional hunger. 

When you feel real hunger, it's important to provide your body with food. If it's a craving for a certain food or drink, take a closer look. Could you be stressed,  bored, tired or sad? Identifying these feelings and distinguishing between real hunger and emotional eating will help you develop healthier eating habits and a better mind and body connection!
