Intermittent fasting is meant to be flexible so it fits into your everyday life without added stress. You can do this by tapping into the Fast section of the app, where you can change the time under the fasting clock. Make this change when you aren't in fasting mode, so the app can pick up your new rhythm and calculate it accordingly. 

If it’s more of a special event, you can use a Frosty and enjoy your dinner or social gathering with friends or family. Whenever you decide to skip your fast, just tap the Frosty symbol, which will activate it for the next fasting period – your fasting streak will stay the same. Activate the Frosty when you are in your eating period so that it updates the Frosty for your next fasting period.
