Unsweetened teas are perfectly fine to have during your fast. However, fruit teas or tea blends with dried fruits in them can disrupt autophagy (cell cleaning). Some healthy and nourishing options of tea to enjoy during your fast include ginger, hibiscus, chamomile and rooibos.
