During the fasting window, you can drink tea without hesitation. However, check to make sure your tea doesn’t contain fruit. If you want to enjoy caffeinated tea such as green tea, we recommend having it earlier in the day so it doesn’t interfere with your sleep. Some healthy and nourishing options of tea to enjoy during your fast include ginger, hibiscus, chamomile and rooibos.
