Especially if you drink a lot and sweat a lot, you can do your body some good and provide it with enough electrolytes (such as sodium, calcium, potassium, chloride, phosphate and magnesium) by drinking a glass of water sprinkled with a little salt (about ¼-½ tsp per drink)! Just aim to use natural rock salt and not refined salt.
