First off, don’t worry! Weight plateaus happen as your body adjusts and gets used to your new way of life. To get back on your journey, try these tips:

Balance with more fresh and wholesome foods: Take a good look at what you’re eating during your eating windows. Is there anything that can be improved here? Are you including lots of wholesome foods? Are there any sneaky extras you may not be considering (oil, sauce, drinks with calories)? How’s your water intake?

Get moving more often: Living an active lifestyle is always a good idea. In what ways can you get moving a bit more in your daily routine? What activities do you like? What’s one extra activity you can add? The little things add up like parking a bit further from the store entrance.

Practice patience: Since our bodies are not machines, it is common to reach a plateau even during IF. Give it time. Not every day or every week is the same. Be good to yourself by getting enough sleep. Remember that IF is a long-term lifestyle, not a sprint.
